This product is a concentrated EPA registered food contact surface sanitizer, disinfectant, cleaner, virucide, and deodorizer. It is a highly versatile product that can be used for a variety of applications:1. As a one-step general disinfectant in hospitals and healthcare settings, 2. As a no-rinse sanitizer for food contact surfaces in restaurants, bars, dairies, supermarkets, breweries, wineries and food processing locations, 3. As a no-rinse sanitizer for beverage dispensing and sanitary filling equipment in food processing plants, breweries and other food handling operations, 4. As a no-rinse sanitizer for beer fermentation tanks, wine, citrus, milk and food storage tanks, 5. As a spray or immersion treatment to control spoilage or decay-causing bacteria and fungi in water that contacts raw fruits and vegetables, 6. As a disinfectant/virucide for animal premises, kennels, vehicles, stables, coops, and other handling and feeding equipment, and 7. Disinfection and Virucidal Performance: When used as directed, this product is effective against a broad spectrum of listed bacteria, viruses and fungi, including Enterococcus faecalis Vancomycin Resistant (VRE), Escherichia coli, Escherichia coli (Extended Spectrum B-Lactamase)(ESBL), Klebsiella pneumoniae Carbapenem Resistant, Listeria monocytogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enterica, Salmonella typhi, Staphylococcus aureus Methicillin Resistant (MRSA), Staphylococcus aureus Community AcquiredMethicillin Resistant (CA-MRSA), Staphylococcus aureus Vancomycin Resistant (VISA), HIV-1, Hepatitis B Virus, (HBV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), Herpes Simplex Type 1 and 2 Virus, Norovirus and other listed organisms.

Sporicidal Performance: This product is sporicidal against Clostridium difficile (C. diff) when used at 4 oz. per gallon of water with a 2 minute contact time.

Tuberculocidal: This product kills Myobacterium bovis (Tb) when used at 4 oz. per gallon of water with a 10 minute contact time.

Fungicidal Activity: This product is effective against the fungi Candida albicans and Trichophyton mentagrophytes (Athlete's foot fungus) when used at 4 oz. per gallon of water with a 2 minute contact time.

Animal Premise Virucidal Performance: This product is effective against Canine Parvovirus, Newcastle Disease Virus and other listed viruses when used according to label instructions.
